THE TRAINING
CROSSFIT MOOR
CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied functional fitness”, and CrossFit Moor delivers just that. CrossFit is more than fitness, it’s a progression-focused training method that will teach you skills such as Olympic lifting, gymnastics, strength and endurance. All moves can be scaled so from absolute beginner through to advanced, we are able to cater for you.
ANCHOR CONDITIONING
A 45 min session dedicated to making you sweat! You can expect interval, sprint and steady state conditioning training. A mix of these training styles will give you a fantastic aerobic and anaerobic base to take into your CrossFit or Boxing.
ANCHOR STRENGTH
This 1 hour session will involve pure strength training. You can expect to work on Olympic lifts, power lifts and bodybuilding accessories.
