We’ve got the perfect program for you regardless of your current experience or fitness goals. It doesn’t matter what shape or size you are because at Anchor Fitness HQ we’ve raised the bar for functional training with unique programs that all deliver an amazing workout. Whether you’re looking for an intense workout or you’re just interested in getting a great sweat up…we’ve got you.

CROSSFIT MOOR

CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied functional fitness”, and CrossFit Moor delivers just that. CrossFit is more than fitness, it’s a progression focused training method that will teach you skills such as Olympic lifting, gymnastics, strength and endurance. All moves can be scaled so from absolute beginner through to advanced, we are able to cater for you.

ANCHOR CONDITIONING

A 45 min session dedicated to making you sweat! You can expect interval, sprint and steady state conditioning training. A mix of these training styles will give you a fantastic aerobic and anaerobic base to take into your Crossfit or Boxing.

Anchor Weightlifting

This 1 hour session will involve pure strength training. You can expect to work on olympic lifts, power lifts and bodybuilding accessories.

OPEN GYM

Self led classes with a roaming coach on the floor. If you haven’t made it to a class, make up the time at an Open Gym session. Work on your weaknesses, supplement your training routine and keep your strength and fitness goals on track.

ANCHOR PERSONAL TRAINING

Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or advanced athletes to to take their fitness to the next level.

PIRATES COMPETITION CREW

ANCHOR SCALLYWAGS

(CROSSFIT KIDS)

The goal of Anchor Scallywags is to provide functional fitness in a fun, safe and engaging format appropriate for kids aged 5-12.

Our Scallywag classes will also provide an opportunity to hone life skills, improve motor recruitment pathways ensuring safe, functional and efficient movement now and in the future.

Time: 4.00pm – 5pm Tuesday's during school terms.

Cost: $15 per session OR $125 for a 10 session pass (which will see you through the term).

INDIVIDUALISED PROGRAMMING

Individualised programming from head coach Bec. Programming suited to your goals, time and budget!

ANCHOR BUILD

Using foundations of body building, Anchor Build is designed for athletes to build lean muscle while shredding fat in a 45minute aesthetics focused program.

Anchor Build is apart of your ‘CrossFit Moor’ or ‘All In’ membership and is recommended to use in conjunction with CrossFit sessions. Anchor build does not include any dynamic gymnastics or Olympic weightlifting progressions.

A typical session will involve supersets of exercises to work on building lean muscle mass. Expect disciplined tempo and rest to sky rocket your aesthetic results. Anchor Build finishes with a conditioning style workout to get you lean and leave you sweaty.
